Sources of interference in accordance with IEC standard:
With optimized AD converters in the evaluation electronics of the PCAP controller, increased signal voltages through charge pumps, special algorithms (frequency-hopping method and hardware/software filters) and interference sources can be suppressed comprehensively. With a sensor design specially adapted to the electronics, additionally an optimum signal-to-noise difference is achieved.

Your product should comply with the European EMC standards and regulations. Prior to the final EMC test at an accredited test lab, it is recommended to investigate the EMC behaviour at the early design phase by performing pre-compliance tests. This can be done by yourself or with the assistance of SCHURTER Input Systems.
The following EMC standards have been met successfully:
IEC 60601-1-2: Edition 4.0
IEC 61000-4-3: Level III, 10 V / m, up to 28V / m @ 385 ~ 6000MHz
IEC 61000-4-4: Test Electrical Fast Transient / Burst Immunity. Level III, Vpp ± 2 KV
IEC 61000-4-6: Conducted Radio Frequency Immunity, Level III, 10V / m
