In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of business development—expanding our customer base, driving innovation, and delivering tailored solutions in the electronic market both via direct contact to key customers or via our distribution network.
Own and exceed sales targets in your territory
Build and nurture relationships with key customers and distributors
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Create and execute strategic account plans
Analyze market trends and competitor activity
Maintain CRM data up to date
A technical background (electrical or mechanical engineering)
Experience in field sales and account management
Knowledge of electronic markets and distribution network
A proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Comfort with remote work and travel
Familiarity with CRM/SAP and Excel
