Global Logistics and Labelling Process Coordinator

We are looking for a Global Logistics and Labelling Process Coordinator to join our Global Supply Chain team and help drive compliant, efficient, and scalable labelling and logistics processes worldwide

• Coordinate global labelling process requests and ensure effective resolution across the organization.

• Act as the central interface between Global IT, R&D, Product Compliance, Production, Quality, Supply Chain Management, and other stakeholders.

• Support and coordinate the Global Labelling Organization and related governance activities.

• Facilitate process and system changes, including the integration of new suppliers and manufacturing sites.

• Deliver training and support to participants within the global labelling organization.

• Manage escalations and support prioritization of requests and projects.

• Create, maintain, and analyze reports to support decision-making and process optimization.

• Coordinate data collection and collaboration with local logistics teams worldwide.

• Support logistics initiatives, including carrier implementation, routing optimization, and service performance improvement.

• Experience in logistics and supply chain operations.

• Solid knowledge of product labelling processes and regulatory requirements (mandatory).

• Experience with global process governance, project management, or change management.

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and influence decisions in an international environment.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.

• Knowledge of logistics costs, KPIs, transportation modes, carrier management, and Incoterms is an advantage.

• Fluent English; German or additional languages are a plus.
