Product Information Specialist / Czech Republic

As Product Information Specialist you will combine technical expertise with structured product information to support Sales, Product Management, and internal stakeholders across the organization.

The Product Information Specialist acts as a link between Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing. You ensure that product information, data, and content are accurate, consistent, and ready for use across all systems and channels.

• Create, maintain, and optimize technical product content such as datasheets, application notes, product descriptions, and structured product data.

• Manage product master data, images, and graphics, ensuring consistency and high data quality across systems.

• Coordinate and support product data quality improvement initiatives across PIM, ERP, CRM, and digital catalogs.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of product information processes.

• Technical or commercial education, e.g. engineering background, technical sales specialist, or comparable qualification.

• Experience in technical sales support, application engineering, product management support, or product data management.

• Hands-on experience with structured data; knowledge of PIM, SAP and CRM systems is a strong advantage.

• Strong technical understanding and interest in product applications and markets.

• Confident communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.

• Very good MS Office skills.

• Excellent written and spoken English, German beneficial.
