In this role you will set the direction for the R&D Team and make sure they deliver the innovation goals together with the business team. • Build up a new R&D team in Asia

• Define engineering processes for the Region and secure continuous improvement

• Leading the team with engineers, experts, and seniors

• Driving team capability building and continuous improvement

• Set short and long-term goals/directions and support the global strategy

• Define roadmap for product/process technology in collaboration with the relevant peers

• Accountable for new products, execution, and results

• University degree in mechanical and/or electromechanical engineering

• Broad experience in managing a wide-sized multifunctional engineering

• Team experience in well- known international company with high performance record

• In-depth expertise in product technology and process technology

• Agile and lean development approaches to accelerate cost reduction and speed to market

• Expertise in product management and project management

• Independent working ability with strong ownership to deliver results

• Ability to interact effectively with both internal and external customers

• Fluent oral communication in English and Mandarin
