Sales & Marketing Project Manager (m/f/d)

SCHURTER is a global leader in electronic components and solutions. As we strengthen our market presence, customer engagement, and brand positioning, we are seeking a Sales & Marketing Project Manager to work together with the EMEA Sales & Global Product Management to improve end-to-end commercial performance, ensuring growth, customer satisfaction, and market agility.

You will lead and support projects to drive Product line growth initiatives ,customer acquisition along with strengthening and improving sales processes for operational excellence. Working closely with product management, regional sales organizations, and marketing communications, you will collaborate with a dynamic International team to enhance customer experience, increase market penetration, and streamline go-to-market activities using data-driven and customer-focused approaches.

Challenges
  • Working as Project Manager together with the Director Global Strategic Market Development to implement and drive various cross-functional projects throughout the Group.

  • Be part of key initiatives to further strengthen SCHURTER’s global Sales & Product Marketing setup, together with a Group-wide network of experts.

  • Enhance cross-functional alignment between sales, product management, and critical business stakeholder functions.

  • Be part of projects to improve customer engagement, lead management, and conversion efficiency through process enhancements.

  • Work to investigate and implement data-driven customer and market analytics to optimize go-to-market strategies and campaigns.

  • Drive efficiency by leveraging CRM (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation tools, and digital platforms for visibility and responsiveness.

  • Report out project execution to major milestones, risk mitigation factors and demonstrate constant progress.

Qualifications
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in PMO wthin sales, marketing, or business development, ideally in manufacturing, electronics, or B2B industries.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred), lead management, and/or digital marketing tools.

  • Already gained insight into marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and forecasting tools.

  • Proficiency in ERP (SAP preferred) and sales/marketing automation platforms.

  • Ability to support cross-functional Sales & Marketing projects and drive measurable improvements in a PMO role.

  • Strong collaboration skills with regional sales teams, International product management, and marketing communications.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment.

  • Background Project Management governence, Lean Marketing, or Six Sigma is a plus.

  • This is a Europe-based role that involves regular business travel.
