• Internal order entry and processing

• Customer support including service according to given specifications (price, delivery time, conditions, administration) both by phone and e-mail

• Tracking customer order deadlines

• Maintenance of CRM/SAP customer master data

• Maintenance of material data in SAP (according to sales)

• Preparation of offers according to specifications

• Sample and Quote Management

• Marketing support

• At least a high school diploma in economics

• Knowledge of MS Office, SAP

• Knowledge of spoken and written English at B2 level

• Knowledge of German is an advantage

• Dynamism and communicativeness, including independent and responsible work

• Organizational skills

• Confident and customer-oriented demeanor
