We are looking for new member who will ensure comprehensive management of the financial department, including controlling, accounting and reporting.

• Accuracy of monthly financial reports

• Timeliness of preparation of forecasts and budgets

• Accuracy of product cost calculation

• Level of compliance with internal guidelines and audits

• Improvement suggestions and identification of financial risks

• Budget Control: Manage budgets effectively to meet financial objectives.

• Strategic Alignment: Align operations with organizational goals for long-term success.

• Stakeholder Communication: Provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance, advanced degree (MBA), professional certification (CPA, CMA) is preffered

• At least 5 years of experience in controlling or accounting preferably in an international industrial business

• Experience in international industrial operations

• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (SAP)

• Fluency in multiple languages are advantageous (English must-have, German a plus).
