Account Manager Electronics Benelux – 40 hrs

SCHURTER is a global market leader in power entry modules, EMC filters, fuses, switches, circuit protection and HMI solutions. Our components are found in essential equipment—from EV chargers and medical devices to data centers, industrial automation and energy systems. We are expanding our commercial team and are looking for an Account Manager who can translate technical excellence into sustainable customer growth.

At SCHURTER, you don’t just sell components—you help determine how energy flows safely through the machines that keep the modern world running. This role is for someone who understands that sales in industrial electronics is not about pushing boxes, but about solving technical challenges, earning trust, and building long-term partnerships.

Your Challenges
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic OEM and EMS accounts within the assigned territory.

  • Develop and execute account plans with clear revenue targets per product line: EMC filters (single‑ and three‑phase), power entry modules, fuses & fuseholders, switches & circuit breakers, HMI solutions.

  • Identify design‑in opportunities in key applications such as EV charging & e‑mobility, industrial automation, HVAC & climate control, medical equipment, data centers & power infrastructure.

  • Create demand with design engineers, R&D teams and system architects.

  • Collaborate closely with distributors to ensure optimal coverage, pipeline visibility and execution.

  • Manage forecasting, opportunity funnel and accurate order registration.

  • Align with internal teams (Product Management, Customer Care) to secure design wins and ensure flawless execution from concept to production.

  • Represent SCHURTER as a trusted technical and commercial partner in the market.

Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor in Elektrotechniek, Elektronica of Industriële Techniek (of gelijkwaardig).

  • 3–7 jaar ervaring in B2B‑sales binnen industriële elektronica of componenten.

  • Sterk begrip van power, EMC, connectiviteit en circuitbeveiligingsconcepten.

  • Aantoonbaar succes in het beheren van OEM‑accounts en het behalen van groeidoelstellingen.

  • Vermogen om de taal van engineers te spreken en technische waarde te vertalen naar zakelijke impact.

  • Stressbestendig, gestructureerd, gedisciplineerd en comfortabel met forecasts, pipelines en KPI’s.

  • Ondernemende mindset met eigenaarschap en veerkracht.

  • Vloeiend in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
