Account Manager West (f/m/d)

You build relationships, identify opportunities, and turn customer challenges into business success. If you enjoy bringing technical solutions to market, winning new business and taking ownership, we'd like to meet you.

Your responsibilities
  • Own and develop your sales territory across Central and Western Switzerland

  • Build lasting relationships with existing customers while actively acquiring new accounts

  • Develop strategic account plans and unlock growth potential

  • Drive design-in activities, especially for new products (NPIs)

  • Provide commercial and technical support throughout the sales process

  • Increase market share and strengthen our brand presence in your region

Your Profile
  • Technical education in electrical engineering/electronics with proven professional experience in the field of electrical engineering

  • Minimum 3 years of successful B2B field sales experience in a technical environment

  • Very good knowledge of German and French (ideally bilingual) and English

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset

  • Self-driven, proactive and comfortable taking ownership from first contact to successful implementation
